My research investigates neural, psychophysiological, and behavioral factors that relate to visual cognition, social processing, and functional outcomes in individuals who experience psychosis and in related populations.
Ultimately, I intend to help to explain how individual differences in our brains relate to individual differences in perception and information processing, which can contribute to impairments in everyday functioning (including independent living, work, and maintenance of interpersonal connections) in clinical conditions such as schizophrenia.
